Golf Outing Agreement
Fees for tournaments are as follows:

18 Hole Green Fees       $24.00  per participant
9 Hole Green Fees   $16.00  
18 Hole Car Rental         $16.00  per participant
9 Hole Car Rental       $8.00  
Tournament Fee   $2.00  per participant
 

Each player must have a set of golf clubs.
Only soft spikes are allowed.
Shirts are required at all times.

Seven (7) or more days prior to the tournament you must declare the final number of participants for the tournament and prepay 50% of green fees and 100% of tournament fees in the amount of the amounts listed above per person for the total number of participants.  Prepaid green fees are not refundable for “no-shows”.  Your reservations are fully protected and no one will be booked for the block of times set aside for your tournament.

A minimum of 40 participants are required for a shotgun-start using nine holes.  A minimum of 80 participants are required for a shotgun-start using all 18 holes.  Tournament event is responsible for payment of no-shows for shotgun events that fall short of minimum participant requirements.
